- 1 lime zest (zest)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 handful chopped fresh cilantro

- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)

- 500 mL chicken broth (or water)
- 2 cups black beans (cooked, rinsed and drained if using canned)
