- 1 lb. ground beef (can substitute with ground turkey or ground chicken)
- 3/4 cup pimiento-stuffed green olives (sliced)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 cups oil (for frying)
