So easy and delicious. I added raisin, golden raisin, currant and walnuts. Truly perfect!

Wonderfully good tasting and texture bread. Prepared with half regular and wheat flours for nine. Baked at 425 for slightly longer time in dutch oven. Water (1/2 cup) in recipe inadequate and did not agree with water (1-1/2 cups) specifed in directions. I added enough to capture all the flour and get the stickiness needed.
Overall, will make it again and again.

This was a very easy recipe and it turned out delicious. I used frozen cranberries that I thawed out and chopped in half, so I think I should have baked at 450* for about 40-45 minutes because of the extra moisture. Also it took about 15-18 minutes to brown after the lid was off. Despite my opinion that it’s a bit undercooked my husband and kids loved it. I will definitely try this recipe again!
