made it for an Easter brunch and got raves. needed a bit more salt than i used but a winner!

I followed the recipe to the letter - the quiche has a lovely, light texture and is delicious. If making it again, I would increase the amount of seasoning, and probably throw in some garlic.

Delicious recipe. Added veggies that were in the fridge- peppers, tomatoes, onions, spinach and smoked sausage, Big hit in this family!

Wonderful, I substituted for the 4 cups of vegetables my leftovers from tacos for example a cup of ground beef , 1 cup salsa 1 1/2 cup cooked diced potatoes and 1/2 cup fresh corn, for a Mexican twist. Everyone loved it. Thanks!

i sauteed onions, mushrooms and broccoli and added crumbled bacon instead of cheese. Also used only a 1/2 c milk. No salt. Turned out good

I tweaked this to our tastes, but still used the basics. It was awesome! I'll make this again for sure!!!
