I enjoyed the quiche very much. For vegetables I used 3C of fresh carrots, zucchini and yellow squash. The top half of the quiche puffed and set. The bottom half was runny. Maybe because I used fresh moist vegetables? I stirred the quiche and baked it for another 12 minutes. Success! The quiche was cooked through.
