This recipe is wonderful, my two little girls love it every time i make it! I have made a couple of additions; a half cup chopped fried onion, and some sour cream, instead of heavy cream, which just makes it more fluffy! I also add more cheese to the top, which gives it a nice crust. Thanks for a great way to eat quiche low carb!

I’ve tried many low-carb quiche recipes and this is now my favorite. I added an onion and substituted spinach for the zucchini.

Very good and very simple to prepare. I used broccoli instead of zucchini and added onion as well. Just my preference.
