I traded the broccoli for asparagus, cheddar for smoked gouda and added carmalized onions. A family favorite!

i have made this many times. it is a lite meal and goes over well. i have changed out the brocolli for zucchini a couple time. it was delish. not a fussy recipe. can be in the oven in less than 10. you can serve soup, hearty bread, salad or whatever you fancy.

Yum! I used half the amount of cheese and replaced whole milk with almond milk to save some calories.

easy and delicious. after cooking i ended up adding alot of pepper and some salt. but i love pepper so i doubt others would need it.
