- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 oz. unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- whipped cream (or vanilla ice cream if desired)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375degrees. Grease 9" pie plate with butter
- Combine flour and sugar and salt in bowl. Add berries and walnuts, toss to coat. Stir in butter, eggs, lemon zest and juice and almond extract. Mix til just combined. Batter will be very thick. Spread into prepared dish.
- Bake 40-45 min or til tester comes out clean. Rest pie for 20 min before cutting. Serve warm with whipped cream or icecream if desired
