Excellent! Had a Caesar Salad with it. A light and tasty dinner! I think this would be good with broccoli, mushrooms or spinach; or a combination of ingredients. Will be making this again!

Very tasty for a healthy recipe, I would prefer the feta over the Parmesan. Parmesan makes it a bit dry and yes add cayenne pepper.

Good recipe. I added a dash of cayenne pepper, 6 oz of milk, and fresh oregano. Good brunch/ lunch.
