    Very tasty for a healthy recipe, I would prefer the feta over the Parmesan. Parmesan makes it a bit dry and yes add cayenne pepper.

    Good recipe. I added a dash of cayenne pepper, 6 oz of milk, and fresh oregano. Good brunch/ lunch.

    This was very good! Followed recipe exactly & hubs and I both loved it! A little over 1/2 left and it will be great packed as breakfast in tomorrows lunch. Used the optional feta instead of the parm. Flavor of feta was toned down somewhat in this dish and overall, a lovely dish.
