- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (I skipped it and used 1/2 teaspoon paprika instead)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 lb. chicken tenders (boneless skinless, I used chicken breast, cut into strips)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (I also added 1 Tablespoon of butter)
- 2 limes (large, cut into wedges)
- 1/4 cup honey

Turned out very good!!! If you like spicy, you may want to add a little more. I don't like things real spicy but this had no heat on the spice, but I did like she did and used the paprika.
If you like dipping sauce, I made a cilantro ranch and it taste really good with it.

very easy , just be generous with the honey and lime . add some more milk as the batter is very thick

I loved this recipe, but had to make a few changes. The batter mixture for the chicken was SUPER thick, so I had to water it down a bit so I could coat the chicken in it before covering in the panko. Also I'm not sure in what world only two table spoons of oil (plus some butter) is enough to pan fry an entire pound of chicken tenders. I recommend using an oil good in high heat (I used coconut oil) and putting at least 1/8" in the pan before frying the chicken.
