Addictively yummy salad. Changed a few things. Cut sugar in half, used cashews instead of almonds, added a scallion to the veggies and used both red and nappa cabbage instead of romaine. Also added 5 drops of sesame oil to dressing.

Amazing salad love the taste and the crunchiness. Big hit in my house. Only suggestion i reduce by alot the amount of oil.

So good that a friend who visited me told her friends about it and they are calling for the recipe. Let the dressing flavors really come together and enjoy!!!!

It was awesome! I did use avocado oil rather than the vegetable oil, and I added a touch of sesame oil. I even added grilled chicken for some protein. Thanks for a great recipe!

Fantastic. I altered the recipe a bit, I eliminated the lettuce and replace with a green cabbage instead. I also added soy sauce to the dressing and used peanut oil. It was amazingly good, crunchy and a hit. The secret to the extra crunch is waiting until the last second to add the ramen mix and adding only enough for what you’re serving, putting any extra to the side. Otherwise it gets soggy. I doubled the recipe and it lasted in the house about a week and with every serving we sprinkled the ramen on top. It was a huge hit!

Very satisfying lunch! Made a ton for just me and my husband, and definitely keep the crunchy pieces separate, but overall we enjoyed it

This was a tasty and refreshing salad! I made a few modifications to the recipe and it came out great.

Tasty! We used the oriental ramen pack instead of the chicken. It lasts for lunches for a couple days. Will make this again.

Awesome fresh salad. I added crumbed calamari and a little soy sauce to the dressing and it was amazing. Family has already requested it again for dinner next week.

Very tasty. I substituted the vegetable oil with pumpkin seed oil in the dressing - yum!

It was good, but I didn’t pay attention to the serving size. Made way too much. The dressing is simple and delicious.
