- 12 oz. broccoli slaw (or any bag of coleslaw mix)
- 1 cup edamame (shelled and cooked)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1/2 cup scallions (thinly sliced, I use the white and light green parts)
- 1 apple (small, sliced into sticks)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 pinch salt
