- 6 oz. French lentils
- 6 oz. brussels sprouts
- 2 oz. salsa (condiment, salt, pepper)
- 10 tomatoes (fresh italian blanched, chopped)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 sweet red peppers (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro (ground, /coriander)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 5.5 oz. tomato paste
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a pot, stir, and bring to boil at moderate temperature for at least 1 hour. Then conserve the salsa in a mason jar, you will get 2 liters of salsa.
