Yto the UMMMYY!!!! I have been determined to make these since I watched "It's Complicated", and soooo glad I did. I forgot that I was supposed to use unsalted butter, but I dont believe in that, lol. I actually used salted butter and Didn't use any extra salt. Yeah. Ill be making them again!!!

It’s was so delicious I did follow the directions to the letter and it turned out perfectly I would recommend to my friend and family .

First time ever making croissants! I messed up on the folds, I ended up rolling out the envelope twice before putting in the fridge each time and I need a lot more practice in rolling them at the end but still so delicious!
