    Yto the UMMMYY!!!! I have been determined to make these since I watched "It's Complicated", and soooo glad I did. I forgot that I was supposed to use unsalted butter, but I dont believe in that, lol. I actually used salted butter and Didn't use any extra salt. Yeah. Ill be making them again!!!

    Great recipe, but definitely makes around 50 if your cuts are smaller

    First time ever making croissants! I messed up on the folds, I ended up rolling out the envelope twice before putting in the fridge each time and I need a lot more practice in rolling them at the end but still so delicious!
