excellent. possibly the crispiest chicken one can get in a crock pot, and fall off the bone tender.
i used no water with the spices. just mixed together in a bowl and put everything in a gallon plastic bag and shook.
in the fridge overnight.
cooked on high for five hours, and periodically drained the renderd drippings with a baster.

Very good chicken. Very moist and has just a slightly different flavor which is nice as it's not the same old boring chicken. I didn't put all the chili spice on it for fear my daughter wouldn't eat it but I didn't eat the skin so it probably wouldn't have mattered. My husband, myself and daughter all loved it. I will make again.
