- 1 lb. zucchini (cut into bite-sized pieces, 3-4 small zucchinis)
- 1 onion (small, diced, about one cup)
- 1 can cannellini beans (15oz, drained and rinsed)
- 28 oz. tomato sauce (can of, I used two 15oz cans)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (jarred, You can sub 2 minced fresh cloves or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasonings
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. chicken (bullion granules)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 4 cups water (*not needed until day of cooking)
