- 1/3 cup brown sugar (separated)
- 2/3 cup dr. pepper (separated)
- 1 yellow onion (large)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (separated)
- 10 oz. red enchilada sauce
- 10 oz. green enchilada sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 4 oz. diced green chiles (fire-roasted, I use mild)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder (fresh cilantro, fresh lime, optional)
- 1 lime juiced (and zested)
- 2 Tbsp. ranch seasoning mix (prepared)
- 1 minced garlic (full teaspoon)
- 1 tomatillo (husk removed)
- 1/3 cilantro (a large bunch of)
- 1/2 jalapeno (seeds remove for mild, left in for spicy)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream (I use fat-free)
