Very tasty and easy to make. I substituted dried currants for raisins because it’s what I had on hand. I like a heartier, flavorful oatmeal so I made the following recipe adjustments: 1tbsp of cinnamon and additionally 1tbsp of ginger, 1/2 cup of the raisins (currants), 2 apples (not 1), and additionally about 1/2 cup walnut pieces. Served with a splash of milk and it was delicious!
