- 32 oz. frozen broccoli (fresh doesn't stand up well)
- 3 idaho potatoes (cubed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 yellow onion (small sliced)
- 3 garlic (gloves, minced)
- 14 oz. chicken broth (or vegetable)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 block cheese (Velvetta, cubed)
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- salt

Directions
- Peel potatoes, mince garlic, slice onion finely, and throw it all in crock along with everything else. Velveeta breaks up best of cut in small blocks. Cook on high for 4-5 hrs or until potatoes and broccoli are to taste.

Excellent recipe. We started a new Christmas Eve tradition. Turned out better than we could have imagined. Easy to make and better than any restaurant.
