    It was a hit with my whole family, even the picky ones! I ran out of thyme, so I just added a tsp of Italian Seasoning instead, and added about 1/4 cup more broth. Just before we ate, I scooped out about a 1/2 cup of juices from the crockpot and used it as some of the water to cook the rice, which made it even more yummy. Thanks for sharing!
