This incredible Meatloaf was the best recipe I’ve ever made. My family has demanded that when my recipes get unpacked, toss out my old one and replace it with this one!
I was out of foil, thinking it was to save on scrubbing the crock so I used parchment paper instead. Needless to say, parchment paper kept the bottom of the crock clean but disintegrated when I tried to use it as a lift out method.
For only 3 people, my husband and son ate 3 helpings plus in the middle of the night both had another double helping. At least they didn’t leave the empty plate in the refrigerator! I was too slow to get a next day piece. My son said it was even better the second day.

Delicious! At the bottom of the recipe i found you can actually make this in the oven. I found it much easier to do it that way instead of in the crockpot. made for three people so adjusted the measurements accordingly and everyone loved it!

it turned out wonderful. i made a few changes but other then that stuck to the recipe.
