I made this for a first course Thanksgiving dinner something different. There was a flavor missing it was a little blander and needed something else I still haven’t figured it out
If I were to make it a again I would use pancetta instead of ham

This turned out great very chunky I made it in the Insta pot I used shiitake mushrooms and hot Italian sausage with chicken broth
I did cook the onions and mushrooms in the pan with the sausage after the sausage was practically done I also used kale because it holds together better than spinach
