I loosely followed this recipe and it came out delicious! I eliminated the pepper and celery for preference. I used 3 cans of beans instead of only one (barbecue baked beans, plain pinto beans, and a lower sugar southern baked bean). I used barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, and some brown mustard, and eliminated the ketchup and brown sugar. I also added 4 cloves of garlic, which I sautéed with the beef and onion. My husband and I really enjoyed it, and I’ll definitely make it again.
