Turned out great! I added 1/2 fresh chipped poblano & opted for green enchilada sauce rather than red . Condiments, lime juice, avocado, fresh chopped jalapeño & sour cream

Turned out great. The only thing I did different, (because I was short on time), was use a precooked rotisserie chicken.
