- 2 lb. potatoes (small white-skinned, halved)
- 2 bay leaves (dried)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. spice mix (involving salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, oregano and annatto seeds., Sound complicated? Sazón Goya is ready-mixed.)
