This turned out fantastic! I was low on regular balsamic vinegar, so I added some espresso balsamic to supplement the difference. It was incredible. We enjoyed the sage and doubled the sauce. We will be making this again. Thanks!

Cooked a 5lb pork loin, cooked it for 8 hrs and it was just falling apart when I tried to pick it up. But it tasted great, and will definitely be making this again and again. The family loved it too!!!

We really liked this- very tasty and excellent with mashed potatoes. I made more glaze/ gravy after it was done so we’d have more for leftovers tomorrow.

It was delicious my family loved it I had none left over I doubled the recipe for glaze because of the size of pork loin

Excellent!! Easy recipe and very taste! I had all the ingredients already so I only had to get the pork, which was helpful. I love crockpot recipes and this one did not disappoint!

Delicious, but overcooked - I was unable to slice it, as it kind of fell apart! Other than cooking time, which I assume varies according to crockpot models, this is a wonderful recipe, thanks!

I have made this 4 times in the last 2 months. It is so incredibly easy to make and I have shared it with several people and they absolutely loved it! The sauce is the bomb.
