- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions (diced optional)

this is a very good breakfast casserole.tastes good,easy to make and comes out moist,not dry.

Substituted milk with heavy whipping cream & dried mustard with garlic powder and a dash of cayenne pepper.

We did not like this at all. There are better recipes for breakfast, I do not recommend this one.
