Wretched. Looked nothing like in the picture; I followed the recipe and surprise it tasted like overly sweet stewed chicken.

It turned out pretty good. I think it is best served shredded over rice or on a sandwich roll. Hubs did not like it.

Looks nothing like the picture and wasn't what I was expecting but the hubby really liked it, may make again

I would probably not make it again , although if I did I would add more hot pepper and reduce the sugar. I shredded it, sautéed some onions and peppers, put it all in a bread roll with some Swiss cheese and broiled it for a few minutes.

Just made for dinner - excellent, will be making again. I doubled the bourbon from 3 to 6 tablespoons and it was great. I like spicy hot food - might throw in a sliced jalapeño next time!
