- 2 cans white kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 2 granny smith apples (cored and diced, no need to peel)
- 2 jalapeños (canned, diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (I did not add this, see verdict below)
