- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (more or less, to taste)
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups chopped kale (tightly packed, with large stems removed)
