One of the easiest and tastiest recipes I’ve ever made. I forgot to drain the meat but that was my fault. Somehow not overly greasy. Also used spinach instead of kale because the grocery store was out of kale. I used 1/2 and 1/2 but will look to make again with milk and making a thickening agent to make it healthier. Still very good, I look forward to making this again
