- 1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken
- 30 oz. great northern beans (or navy beans)
- 15 oz. white corn
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- green onion (chopped, optional)
- jack cheese (Monterrey, optional)

Directions
- Place chicken in a 4qt. slow cooker. Top with beans & corn.
- In a medium bowl, combine taco seasoning, chilies, condensed soup, & chicken broth. Pour over the top of ingredients in crock pot.
- Cover & cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Before serving, stir gently to break up chicken, then stir in the sour cream.
- Serve topped with green onions & jack cheese, if desired.
