- 3 lb. turkey breast roast (boneless, thawed, needs to fit in your crock-pot)
- 1 yellow onion (medium, peeled and diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning (blend, or whatever your favorite seasoning is)
- 3 cups white rice (cook in rice cooker or on stove top.)
- 16 oz. green beans (mixed frozen vegetables, carrots & corn)
- 1 packet gravy mix (if it came with your turkey, otherwise you can omit it or use a packet of store bought mix such as McCormick brand)
