The chicken and rice were delicious. I used brown basmati rice instead of white rice so cooked it according to package directions but everything else was as recipe dictated. I will definitely make it often. It is super easy and one of the best chicken recipes I have for the crockpot. Can’t wait to eat the leftovers!
