- 1/2 whole yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

- 1 cup tomatoes (chopped, I used cherry tomatoes as that is what I had on hand)
- 6 whole green onions (chopped)
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
