Yummy! I used Rotel tomatoes and added a can of diced tomatoes in place of the tomatoes specified

Have never been a big Taco soup fan, but I absolutely love this soup! Will be making it again!!

I've made this soup 3 times now and it always turns out great. it's super easy and makes great leftovers!
