So delicious. I didn’t have an onion on hand so substituted onion powder and still tasted great

Very delicious! I used Thai jasmine brown rice, and the end product ended up more like just curry rather than a soup, but it was still excellent!

I was a little lazy with the prep and just threw in the entire chicken breasts instead of slicing them first. After four hours, I removed the breasts and just shredded them, then let them cook for another hour. AMAZING! Perfect amount of spice!!
