This one got mixed reviews in our house but it definitely has possibilities. I loved how moist and succulent the pork was - did not really love the wine flavor, will have to experiment with other wines or liquids. I left the garlic out since my husband is really sensitive to garlic, but I will add it next time he’s not around, I think it will be amazing. Without the garlic, the flavor was a little too bland for me. My husband feels like pork tenderloin is hard to cook, and he was less convinced that this dish was a success. He is more of a stovetop cook whereas I would be lost without the crockpot. He did like the flavor however.

This has become our favorite way to cook a pork tenderloin! The only change we made was adding more minced garlic. We love garlic!
