Loved how this turned out! I didn’t have a can of chili’s so I substituted with a small jar of salsa and omited the can of tomato sauce. The shredded beef makes great burritos!

So delicious! I added 5 puréed California Chile’s with a roasted Anaheim pepper, juice from 1 orange and half a lime. Outstanding flavor. This recipe is a new fave.

This was easy and everyone even the kids ate it. Added some extra cumin and chili powder and then puréed the sauce
