I loved this! It turned out great. Super tender and flavorful. I opted to use the fresh rosemary and thyme. The only changes I made were adding more garlic powder to the roast and I added 2 cups of beef broth. Would definitely recommend!

I followed this recipe to the letter, changing one process only. I prepared the seasoning together in one bowl and applied it as a dry rub on all sides give the roast a wonderful even flavor. Other than that, it was a easy and fast fix. I will definitely try again.

Very easy and delicious with the fresh herbs! I added 2 cups of beef broth and it wasn’t dry at all!

pretty good, but meat seemed dry. probably what i bought and not the recipe thought!

I have made this twice; so easy and so good. I did not add veggies either time, opting to cook them separately. But I added half a cup of beef broth this last time to get a little extra liquid for gravy and it worked out nicely.

Love this! I do add beef broth so it won’t be a little dry it still comes out perfect 😀
