Pork tenderloin is a lean meat and is not well suited to a pulled pork recipe. It was just okay- I added about a half cup of a homemade BBQ sauce to kick it up a notch. I think it would be better done with a cut up pork shoulder roast.

Tasted great, complex flavor. Meat a little drythough, next time I’ll go more 6 hours vs 8

Absolutely delicious. I served it without the sauce to my youngest since she’s a picky eater but everyobe else ate this with no modifications and raved about it. (My youngest loved it too even though she didn’t try the sauce.) I just wish i had made more so we would have leftovers.

I liked this a lot. Family thought seasonings were a bit too much, but that is personal preference. Was tender and gravy was yummy.
