- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. hot mustard (I used a spicy brown)
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup vinegar (I used white wine but apple cider would be great in this)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (depending on your tastes)
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
