No flavor at all...very disappointing! I have never made meatloaf using oats before, so I think that is probably what went wrong. I even added garlic and celery and barbecue sauce to the recipe, because that's how I usually make meatloaf. It's smelled delicious...and it was nice and moist. It just tasted like cardboard. Ended up having to make a brown gravy to go over it in order to be able to eat it.

Made it with Ritz Crackers instead of oats. Cooked it on high for 3.5 hours instead of low. Definitely making this again!

This turned out awesome! I cut everything in half and used a shallot instead of an onion. I also added a little Sirracha sauce to the ketchup in the mixture for a kick and it turned out great, then added honey to the ketchup for the sauce to pour over, it added a nice glaze and sweetness. Will definitely make again!
