The zucchini needed cooked a bit longer. I might want to add a little more flavor but I am sure, like spaghetti, chili, or beef vegetable soup it will be more flavorful tomorrow. I was happy with it. I cooked some chicken on the side for people to add if they wanted and we had it with a loaf of Italian bread. It is one I will definitely keep on hand to get my family eating veggies.
