Smelled amazing.. I made the mistake of cooking on high for 4 hours instead of low for 8 :( definitely should be low and slow!! It came out hard and a little dry.. hoping the gravy will help! Also, I have some picky eaters, so no onion or garlic. Will absolutely try it again, thank you!
