Found this recipe while searching for New Year's side dishes for ham. Perfect so I had my oven free for sides.

turned out great, only thing is arithmetic is incorrect. Need to allow several hours ahead of time to cook this correctly. Also, if you want to set a reminder on your calendar, it doesn't allow for all of the cook time.

While the flavor was very good, the 6-7 hours cooking time is way too long. Recommend reducing cook time to 4 hours
