I used this recipe for a ham we had for Christmas. The time was way too long to heat up the ham and it dried it out and made it way over cooked. The glaze never thickened, and I ended up throwing it out. Next time I think I will use the oven for about an hour, and put the glaze on at the last 1/2 hr.
