This is really quick & easy, especially if you skip the slow cooker & use rotisserie chicken. Added 1/2 tsp. ground thyme & 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Also, added a large can of veg all, drained to the chicken & gravy mixture. Tasted just like the filling of home made pot pie. Served over mashed potatoes. Not a gourmet meal, but was hearty, and quick. Everyone enjoyed this.

Five stars easy to make I used gravy mix lower sodium and healthy request Cream of Chicken Soup. Good base recipe so much can be done with this, over biscuits or toast even add mushrooms

i wish the sauce was more thick. the floavor is good but more like soup not creamy texture. i would definitely add to make it more of a creamy sauce next time s this is yummy over homemade biscuits!
edit: i added about a cup of diced carrots, a can of cream of mushroom soup and 4 tbsp mixed in enough water to make a paste with salt and pepper to taste. once added, I let sit another hour ans it thickened up and was delicious.
