Added another ranch packet, but still had little flavor. This is one of those recipes that would be best adding everything you can into it. Onions, peppers etc. Has potential just not much if going strictly by the recipe.

It was alright. Easy but not very flavorful. I would add more of a variety of vegetables and more spices and this would be a nice week-night dinner. Nothing to write home about though.

After reading the reviews, I added an extra packet of ranch and seasoned my potatoes/chicken. It was a huge hit and will definitely make again!

The ranch packet adds just enough kick! Loved the flavor!

I just didn’t like it. And I made it wrong.

Easy to make comfort-food. Make sure to spray the crockpot with nonstick first! Served over rice.

pretty good, the chicken was a bit dry and there could have been a bit more flavor to it.

Delicious! Next time I'll add less carrots though because the leftovers tasted like carrot soup lol. Otherwise, this recipe was surprisingly simple for as tasty as it was!

Made this without potatoes, used 1 cup brown rice, small can of soup and 3 cups of water. Added 1 cup coarsely chopped onion with still frozen chicken thighs. Cooked 5 hours on low. Add baby carrots, chunks of sweet peppers (varied colours), 3 cloves chopped garlic and cook on low another 2 to 3 hours.

This was just ok. I added an extra pack of ranch after reading reviews, and the flavor still just wasn’t there. We have bland tastes compared to most, and this was too bland for us still. *tip: might be obvious, but just in case, don’t stir the chicken too much unless you want it shredded!

This dish was just okay. To me it was more of a chicken stew than a ranch chicken. I think if i made this again I would add a second ranch packet. I also didn't use the full amount of carrots because I generally find myself picking around those anyway. It wasn't hard to make though so if you're looking for something that involves little work on your part this is the recipe for you.

This was a hit! The only thing I did differently was sprinkled some dry ranch all over my chicken before adding the the topping. Delicious Thanks

I made this a while ago and it was amazing (for a meal you don’t have to touch at all throughout the day). I loved it and will be making again

I’ve made this dish several time. I salt and pepper the chicken and then brown it. I have also added onions to the mix. I changed the potatoes to red ones. You can cook it in the oven as well.

I personally didn't like this at all. it had a weird flavor to me and the chicken was very dry. I didnt rinse the carrot's off before throwing them in, maybe thats one reason. But the chicken breast was just way to dry for my liking. However, my 6 3 and 1 year old had seconds! Maybe if I added another ranch packet and some pepper.

Good and easy! taste was a little bland like some said even when I added an extra pack of ranch. Maybe salt/pepper the potatoes and carrots a little next time and use uncle Chris's seasoning on the chicken. Other than that, great!

Meal was good but seemed to be missing a lot of the ranch taste.

This dish turned out great!!!! My husband and kids loved it. It did turn out very watery. I used another pack of ranch dressing mix. I did what it said on the packey. In a bowl, i mixed the ranch dressing mix with sour cream. I stirred it up. I put it in the dish and stirred it. It thickened it up n it was off the chain. Added some shredded velveeta cheese. Delicious. VERY easy dish.
