Omg this was so good! Added just a little bit of heavy cream since I can’t have milk or half and half. And added some honey butter and honey instead of sugar and red pepper flakes. Came out amazing!

Very rich, just as creamed corn ought to be. I only had a 16oz bag of frozen corn so it come out a bit soupy but the flavor was unaffected and delicious. Nothing a slotted serving spoon couldn’t handle.
